End of School, Rockport and Dance Recital

Hannah is officially out of school for almost 3 months. I have really been dreading having all 4 of us at home ALL summer (me, Hannah, Jake, and Ella). However, over the last two days, (hehe) Hannah has been extremely helpful and entertaining for the babies. She has chores that she must complete before we do something fun (Norma lly swimming at Citas). ALso, she is on swim team which means practice 4 days per week. I hope she likes it. I have called in some extra help too. Lupe will continue to come 15 hours per week to help around the house and keep babies to give mommy a break. Plus Taylor Brown will help me about 10 hours per week to keep Hannah somewhat entertained. Rockport We just got home from the coast for 6 days with the Pennington Family. We all had such a great week! The weather was perfect and we got lots of sun. We caught and few fish. Hannah caught her first black drum in the casating net. Daddy caught a 31in redfish. The babies absolutely loved everything about it this year...the beach, sand, water, pool, boat, condo. Dance Recital Hannah loved dancing in the recital. However, she didnt love dance class. Im not sure if we will continue with dance classes next year.

Jake started walking almost exactly 2 months after Ella. Now they are literally running EVERYWHERE! It takes all hands on deck....ALL the time! We are enjoying them so much. Hannah loves that they can walk now...they are a lot more fun!

I need to blog so bad! Within two weeks, Jake and Ella are taking steps, mimicking everything, and loving to play together....well most of the time! Hannah has lost her first front tooth and she has become MY BIGGEsT helper...most of the time! ;>). Both babies have eight teeth and are beginning to drink lots of whole milk. We are down to three bottles per day! Hannah started swim team and absolutely loves it! We are looking forward to spring time and, of course, summertime!

I decided to catch up on the blog as we fly to Las Vegas for a long weekend.   And..... it's been about two months since I have blogged.   A lot has happened in two months.  Life is pretty wild and crazy.  We are all having so much fun with TWO "almost walking" babies and ONE busy big sister.  

Ella and Jake are so close to walking.  Ella pulls up on everything and she lets go.  She will start walking any day!  Jake is super busy and crawls everywhere!   Their favorite words are mama, dada, uh-oh, and sooo big!  They both say nanananana and I swear they are calling for Hannah.  

Hannah just celebrated her 100th day of school on mommy's birthday.  I was able to volunteer at the school to help with the charting of the gummy bears and marshmallows.  She loves school!  We still take dance but not sure about t-ball, yet.  Really, I'm not sure if I can handle all the games and practice this year.  We will see.  

As for mommy and daddy,  we are great!  Especially this weekend as we travel to Vegas for four nights for a National Dealers Convention, with Joe and Det.  We are staying at the Encore and have fabulous dinner reservations and spa appts.  I plan to shop A LOT....all by myself!  

Where are the babies?  With Janjan, Brittney, Capt., Cita, Aunt Katie, Uncle Keres, Gran, Papa, and Papaw.  Id say they're in great hands!  Hannah gets to go to hot springs with Grammy to celebrate Klines 3rd bday! We are all looking forward to a break but we will be extremely happy to be back together on Monday!  

Next Friday, Feb 10- Jake and Ella turn ONE;  Hannah gets to go to her first Father/daughter dance with her daddy-complete with fushia dress, fancy earrings, crown, and fancy ride-by request. ;)

We are having a "small" 45 people bday party at our house!    The babies are gonna LOVE to smash their cake!
